01General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of its services ("you", "user", "member"). 02Account and Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may create only one account on tk999. If a person holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Required Information

2.3 Account Security

2.4 KYC Verification

tk999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this verification process is completed. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be restricted.

03Age Verification

All casino and betting activities on tk999 are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

Providing a false age at registration will be treated as fraud. tk999 may request a national ID card or passport at any time to verify age. We are committed to preventing minors from accessing gambling.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on tk999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification is required before the first withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. tk999 does not accept deposits made through a third party. Unusual transactions may be subject to a verification request.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — however, to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only unless otherwise stated.
• If a withdrawal is made before bonus conditions are met, the entire bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• A bonus has no monetary value — it is only withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

tk999 offers the following ongoing promotions. Each offer has its own specific conditions:

• Weekly tk999 Deposit Gift: 30% bonus on deposits each week, up to ৳5,000; 15x wager; minimum deposit ৳200.
• tk999 Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits, up to ৳8,000; 20x wager; minimum deposit ৳200.
• Friday tk999 Slot Blast: 40% bonus on deposits every Friday, up to ৳6,000; 18x wager; minimum deposit ৳200.

06Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The bet amount must be within your available balance. If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk999 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The official result of the relevant governing body will be accepted for determining the outcome of any match. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, a decision will be made in accordance with betting rules. For score margin or over/under bets, results will be declared against the set line.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fair and verifiable. Game outcomes cannot be altered in any way. RTP information for each game is available on the relevant page.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Any attempt at match fixing or manipulation in betting patterns.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

tk999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and registered members will be informed.

Continuing to use tk999 after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to a change in terms, you have the option to close your account.
